Andrew Ravenscroft

Andrew is a talented, experienced and versatile change leader. He can adeptly align operations, IT, change management, Agile thinking, and process improvement to deliver positive results. Andrew has first-rate team leadership skills, can translate high-level strategic direction into manageable steps, and he clearly explains complex issues and technology.

Andrew earned his BA degree, with Honors, in English Literature from the University of London. He also has an MBA from the UW-Madison Graduate School of Business, and he’s a certified Change Management Professional (CMP.)

He knows everything in business and in life runs on feedback loops, which, in turn, hinge on trust and honest communication. For feedback loops to deliver maximum value, we need to build trust and always speak the truth.

Andrew has lived in the U.S. for 25 years and became a citizen in 2019. He and his wife have two daughters. His interests outside his family show him to be a genuine Renaissance man. Andrew writes fiction and business books and operates his own small publishing company. He wrote an opera in collaboration with the Fresco Opera Theatre group, The Queen of the Night, and he’s authored numerous shorter works.
