Amita guides teams to achieve project success, primarily in industries where quality and safety are top priorities. Over the past 17 years, Amita has worked to create and execute strategic plans. The plans maintain consistent team engagement and momentum at each stage of the effort. Amita’s clients know she’s dependable and collaborative. And, she takes the time to ensure her team members get the support and recognition they need. These skills energize her teams towards success, no matter what they’re working on. Amita received both BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Ohio State University. She’s also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt.

Amita lives by the motto, “Do your best and leave the rest!” “I love what I do and believe in being my best every day,” she said. “This speaks to me because it helps me focus on what I can control and avoid being consumed by things that aren’t in scope.”

Apart from work, she spends time with her husband and two children. They play board games, read together, hike, and travel. Because Amita has food allergies, she maintains a blog to provide helpful information to others who face similar issues.
