Alex is passionate about change and organizational effectiveness. His logistics background has given him high-order quantitative skills. He applies them to help solve problems, fix process inefficiencies, and align project elements to deliver the desired business outcomes.

Alex earned his BA degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and he also has an MA degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Argosy University. He’s received his Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP) designation from Prosci.
He sums up his personal life philosophy with this quote from Viktor Frankl; “When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to save ourselves.”
Away from work, Alex tries to be outside as much as he can. You can find him pursuing a variety of different outdoor activities, depending on the season. He’s also an avid traveler, and he eagerly anticipates getting back into it once pandemic-related restrictions are lifted. “I live passionately, and I cultivate meaningful and rich experiences,“ he said. “I practice acceptance, gratitude, and appreciation for all things.”
