How We Did It: We refined program/project management best practices while coaching team members on using the Scrum methodology to implement the new sales initiative. Additionally, we consulted on a proposed ERP replacement and general IT portfolio management. After quickly establishing ourselves as a valued partner, we were asked to bring on an additional program manager. These resources manage multiple projects within two corporate initiatives, while helping the client with strategy, coaching and change management.
The Outcome: We helped the client implement their customer-centric sales process, which will continue to be a sustainable competitive sales advantage for their brand.
