Our client knows meat and they sell a lot of it. When they outgrew their core system, they needed our help to distribute even more meat by implementing a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software Solution.
We evaluated their current systems and processes and helped them define what they wanted from a new system. We then organized the effort by investigating the market, gathering a list of potential vendors, organizing the evaluation process, and helping facilitate vendor selection. In addition to vendor selection, Farwell provided operational expertise in finance and logistics, to prepare our client for the new system. Once the final selection is made, we will be available to assist with implementation.
