Farwell’s Professional Leadership Development (PLD) Meetup of area project management leaders convened on Friday, January 13th and featured a presentation from Lindsay Hudson, Director of PMO and Administration at Nordic. Lindsay’s presentation focused on helping us apply the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People to our PMOs.

High-level overview:

About Lindsay Hudson:

Nordic is a healthcare consulting company located off Regent Street right behind the Kohl Center here in Madison. Nordic has experienced rapid growth since it was founded in 2010, now with over 750 employees making an impact at healthcare systems nationwide. At Nordic, Lindsay manages a small but mighty PMO focused on internal initiatives to support Nordic’s employee base. Their projects range from full system installs to facilities expansion to process improvement and optimization and new policy roll-outs. She’s also a certified FranklinCovey 7 Habits trainer involved in training over 100 Nordic home office staff on the content last year, providing them with a common language to set a foundation and culture of effectiveness.
