FarWell Celebrates ‘Best Places to Work,’ Inc. 5000 2018 Awards

Just six years ago, FarWell started as a team of two operating out of a small co-working space above Sardine restaurant. Today, with over 40 employees, we are excited to announce two special awards that celebrate the success of our team and culture.

FarWell has been recognized by Madison Magazine as one of the Best Places to Work in Madison. The annual program determines winners by polling employees of nominated companies on topics such as communication and resources, manager effectiveness and team dynamics, as well as taking their individual needs, personal engagement and trust in leadership into consideration.

Additionally, for the second consecutive year, FarWell was named to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America, placing No. 655 for our 770 percent revenue growth over the last three years. This is an exciting achievement as it demonstrates our ability to help clients navigate complex, fast-paced change initiatives.

Both acknowledgements are a testament to our amazing team members, who embody our values of collaboration, flexibility and humility every day. Without them, neither of these awards are possible.
