Learn How to Overcome Common Prioritization Traps Facing an Organization

Shawn covers how to overcome the four most common prioritization traps that leadership teams face in an organization:

  1. Risk Adversion, Afraid to Delay Features | Danger: Minimal Progress on Key Product Features and Resources are Diluted
  2. Trying to Do it All, the 80 Hour Week | Danger: Failure to Deliver is Blamed on Teams and Resources
  3. Analysis Paralysis | Danger: Wasted Effort, Drop in Morale, Products Are at a Standstill
  4. Everything is a High Priority | Danger: Morale Suffers and Teams Burn Out

Check out Shawn’s Ruthless Prioritization in Project Environments post for his take on this subject.
