Meet Chad Beier, Course Instructor

Chad Beier is an Organizational Agility Advisor and Professional Scrum Trainer in the Milwaukee area. He has taught thousands of people courses on topics such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, organizational change and team dynamics, and he works with organizations to help them better respond to change.

PSPO Certification: Maximize Software Product Development to Serve Customers

The PSPO training course will focus on Scrum principles, with the core expectation for Product Owners to maximize the work done for a software product to better serve customers, users and their organization. Attendees will be challenged to think in terms of Scrum and will leave with a better understanding of how to apply its ideologies in their organization.
